kevin a6f518ed54 cwMidiDevice.h/cpp,cwMidiDecls.h : Added getBuffer(),clearBuffer(),maxBufferMsgCount() to cwMidiDevice.
Changed the MIDI device callback function to move the user arg outside of the 'packet_t'.
