cmDspPgmKr.c : Added input audio meters. The 'start' button now connects

to the 'availCh' 'reset' rather than 'trig'.  'AvailCh' 'reset' output
is connected to the 'Xfader' 'reset' input. The score location print out
now comes from the 'recent' score follower output.
